Dancing with the Stars September 16, 2013 Scores – Season Premiere – DWTS 9/1613 Call Numbers

Dancing With the Stars Season 17 premieres tonight! Woohoo! It’s the time of the year again in which many reality shows air and one of the much awaited shows is DWTS! Are you excited for tonight’s season premiere? Who will be the first dance partners who will top the leader board?

The routines the couples are going to perform is either Cha-cha-cha, Foxtrot or Contemporary. Want to know who’s dancing what and when? Before that, the show has a new format this season. Yes, you might not have known it yet, but the show will be airing once a week. Yes, there’s no result show this season. Thus, expect no more filler each week. Couples will be eliminated at the end of the episode (except for tonight, in which the votes will be carried over to next week). The judges’ votes from the night will still count. The viewer votes from the previous week will be carried over and computed together with the judges’ votes for that night.

Viewers can voted via phone during and up to an hour after the show. But note that there’s also online voting on the show’s website and on Facebook which starts Monday night and closes at 8pm Tuesday.

Another change you might miss is the sky-box interviews with Brooke. It’s gone and both Tom and Brooke will interview the couples after they dance and before the judges give the scores.

What do you think of the new format? Would you prefer this?

Anyway here are the twelve dance couples and routines they are going to perform tonight. Follow us on Twitter, add us on Google Plus or like us on Facebook for updates. The Dancing With the Stars season 17 9/16/13 scores will posted as well as the call numbers for you to vote.

Results will be revealed next week!

    • Might be caching issue. The post is updated on time. Will try to check on it.
Well, I was surprised Snooki was good. It was fun watching her and the judges were impressed.
For Valerie & Tristan, Carrie Ann was crying and thanked Valerie for being on the show. Len liked the ease of dance too, but she had a few balancing issues though.

  1. I have watched every show since the start and really loved it. Tonight’s show seemed like one very long commercial and a minute of dancing. The show felt like it was going to last all night and we’re still waiting for the dancing and the fun. I just don’t like the dancing all cramed up and i don’t like the new format at all. It seemed like anything that resembled breathing and enjoying was removed. very sad. Lynn insulted Bill Nye unnecessarily. He could have given a critique without being mean. This night was not the pleasure it has always been and the show may have shot it’s self in the foot.
