A new show to watch this Summer is Losing It with Jillian, starring the personal trainer herself, Jillian Michaels. Losing It with Jillian premieres on June 1 at 10pm on NBC. Eight families will be featured.
Beginning with Losing It with Jillian episode 1, the star trainer will be moving in with different family each week and be involved with the family’s lives for one week. She will help them transform the family’s lives and bring them back to a healthier lifestyle.
New exercise and eating habits will be introduced to the families Jillian is visiting and at the end of the week, she will leave the family with a customized plan and goals for them to practice and apply what they learned.
Curtis Stone will be guesting on Losing it with Jillian as well, helping her most probably in preparing healthy dishes for the family.
Losing It with Jillian episode 1 airs on June 1 at 10/9c on NBC. After that, it will air at 9/8c on June 8.
